“Much better than last time”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

After a lousy experience awhile ago, we decided to give it another try. For starters, we weren't served by the same very unpleasant bartender (who also waited on us). Made all the difference.

Pretty decent food, tho the prime rib wasn't served piping hot. Good menu, tho. And a good local brew, a nice departure from the standard tasteless lagers so prevalent at too many places.

I will say the bartender was stretched too thin, but that wasn't her fault.

“OK”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

The service was great, but the food had little taste. As the chef on Restaurant Impossible says, "a little salt and pepper" are a good thing...or something like that! Anyway, after I doctored my steak and baked potato up with some salt, pepper and steak sauce, it was ok. I was in town for business and the place was very busy, so I will probably give the place another try when I'm in town.

“Very poor service”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

After being seated we waited ages to order then the meals did not come out all together. There was only 4 of us so it would not have been hard. To add insult to injury when we got the bill the tip of 18percent had already been added onto it luckily we notice this before we paid.

“GREAT Blood Mary”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

I had the chopped steak dinner and couldn't believe how great it was for the price! Also had the bloody mary.... order it as soon as you get there as they take their time making it... well worth the wait!!
