“Step Away From the Fast Food!”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

Anyone who is familiar with the Kingman area knows there are not too many positive food choices. There is no difficulty locating a fast food chain but beyond that the town is lacking in selection. Sakura Sushi and grill is a lovely change of pace.Their selection of Japanese and other Asian items is quite large . The Hibachi chicken and shrimp was very tasty and chock full of the proteins. The Hot and Sour soup was excellant. My husband had fried rice and vegetable tempura and he was also pleased with his choices.
If you would like something that doesn't come with a side of fries, give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed at all.

“Asia comes to Kingman”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

Although the name features Sushi this delightful restaurant features all kinds of Japanese and Asian cooking. Their lunch time feature of a Japanese Lunch Box offers numerous filling and low priced specials. I love their Hot & Sour soap and for a taste treat their lobster roll can not be beat. Whatever you choose you'll see why the people of Kingman are happy to have this first class restaurant in their midst.

“Awesome food, great service!”
Reviewed September 22, 2012

Finally we have a local sushi house! The food is terrific, the service is great, never had a bad meal there. Highly recommend it. They have a wide variety of food, teriyaki, beef and broccoli, etc. Large menu, not just sushi.

“Great Sushi Restaurant”
Reviewed September 21, 2012

For a restaurant in the giant tumbleweed known as Kingman, this place is one of the best restaurants in town. The service seems a little off and on; the stuff are very friendly and the manager is great, but sometimes things seem very slow when they are busy. Go before 5:30 or after 8 for most effective service. Features a decent variety of Japanese food but altered a bit for the Yankee palette. Good atmosphere, and features a sushi bar. Good Sake and roll selections. Ask about non-menu secrets if you dare!
