We have stayed at 4 Springhill Suites in the last 2 weeks. They are the most consistent of the Marriott. Farifield can vary. This was a very good stay. Stayed on the 4th floor. No noise above. Not near the interstate, so tha helped. Breakfast was the "Springhill recipe." Good eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, etc. Very well done. Staff was great, and gave good recommendation for dinner. Would do it again.

Room Tip: Top floor. This hotel is made of wood.

We enjoyed our stay here, with the exception of the large children's swim team also staying here. Don't get me wrong I love children. There were just a lot of them and they were loud and unsupervised. They seemed to have no common manner, such as the standard for entering and exiting the elevators. Our second night was much better as they had moved on. I would think that when this large of a group is stay there they might at least do something different for them during the breakfast hour. It was impossible to get food let alone enjoy it. Otherwise the place itself was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

Friendly staff. Guy at front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Room was roomy and big. Clean as a whistle too. We would stay here again if lucky enough to visit. Handy to interstate too

We stayed here with our dog on the way to California. What a difference after the horrible night we had at a Motel 6 in Elk CIty, OK. Very quiet and comfortable. We got a great rate with a Marriott Friends and Family rate or it would have been way out of our budget. The only negatives were no hair dryer, no big deal for me but my wife thought it was odd...the other thing was the absolute absence of grass for our spoiled dog who will not do her thing in dirt or rocks...not just very little grass but none, anywhere. I walked two blocks every direction and not a single patch. The dog spent the night in the crate just incase.

This was our 1st time staying in a Spring Hill property and we will be back. This is a great looking building. Our room was large with a sitting area, work desk, fridge, and micro. It is situated on Route 66 but we never heard traffic. Train tracks are across the highway but we didn't hear trains either. The provided breakfast was much better than the usual rolls, waffles, & cereals (fruit, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, muffins). We walked a long block to dinner passing by a Sonic and a coffee shop.

Room Tip: Quietest on the backside of the building

We were place in 4th floor handicapped room which was not requested when reservations were made. There were dead flying ants littered around the baseboards of the room. The front desk staff said it was an infestation of ants from monsoon which affected the area during the summer. Faint chemical smell in the room. Long strands of hair on pillows. Had a sneezing fit for no apparent reason. A man's watch found underneath the sofa bed which was turned in to front desk - hopefully they returned it to its rightful owner. The most disgusting stay ever.

I am going to call back and check what mattress they use, had a great sleep. Seemed to be a newly renovated hotel, friendly staff, standard am breakfast, and close enough to In and Out. I don't often end up staying in Kingman, but the SpringHill Suites will be my first pick if I ever return.

Room Tip: East side faces parking lot if that matters to anyone.
