“Good place to stay”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

Stay here two different nights. Good price and nice clean rooms. Good breakfast in the morning.
Friendly staff. I will stay again next time I'm in Kingman. They have all the amenities and the rooms are very nicely decorated.

stayed at this property for more than 2 months while on a job assignment
management could not have done more to help with any concern or need >>
washer/dryer in laundy area were clean

quiet rooms >>> did not hear noise from neighbors
pleasant decor in lobby and eat-in dining room >>
many guests visited with each other
[we played dominoes with folks from all over]

outstanding complimentary breakfast due to efforts of Deb (and managers) >>>

rooms are bright and open >> clean microwave/refrigerator
comfortable beds >> elevated off floor on wood frame (like giant platform beds)
with clean bedding >> changed daily

bathroom and toilet area are separate (European style) providing more room for guests
large walk-in closet holds ample clothing, suitcases, personal goods

Wifi was free and fast

Basha's supermarket is less than 1/2 mile away from hotel
Sonic is across the street
entrance to I40 is right nearby

Kingman can a be rough town due to poor economy and heavy influence of methamphetamine
trade in NW Arizona ............... the management of this hotel make sure that their help are customer-service oriented and take pride in their property

although many guests enjoyed visiting and brought their pets, visitors who are sensitive
to animals can request lodging on a pet-free floor as we did

there are not many options in kingman that are quality establishments but this one
ranks at the top >> visitors stay here from all over the world, due to the close proximity
to Grand Canyon West [we met folks from Mexico, China, India, Switzerland, and the Netherlands]

if we return to this part of Arizona, this will be the place to stay

management and housekeeping staff deserve the highest rating

[many thanks to Shasta, Jennifer, Autumn, Dustin, and Debra]

Room Tip: no restaurant or room service but management will help you find the best places i cannot give this...

Springhills are one of my favorite hotels. They're pricey, but always consistent. This one is just as nice as others I've stayed in. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Very good breakfast, great staff, good wi-fi. No problems. There's a sofa bed, mini fridge & microwave, pool, fitness room. I'm not in love with the sliding, privacy glass bathroom doors, but I still like the rooms.

Unique design, all done in spa decor. Use of sheers was an interesting way to separate spaces in lobby/breakfast area. Very clean throughout hotel and room. Great complete breakfast. Comfortable plush bed. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I have never stayed in such a funky hotel.
This place is awesome and so differently unique, I really can't begin to describe it all, you just should see it for yourself!
Spacious, comfortable beds, clean and bright.
Very nice breakfast and staff is very friendly.
Good parking and good WiFi connection.

Yes, I would stay here again!

after a super long drive from washington state, we needed a nice place on our way to phoenix. very pricey but super nice rooms. modern decor with separate w/c and bath. large flat screen and an ipod dock. nice separation between sleeping area and "office" with desk and couch. breakfast room was a little weird with flimy drapes separating the "lounge" area and eating areas, however, i did spy a group of fellows using the area as a large place for watching a game.
they allowed my dog for an extra $20 (a bit pricey for one night).

Have stayed in SpringHill Suites elsewhere and enjoyed the comfort and roominess. This one was the same and recommend it! The personnel at the front desk were the best and treated our 8 year grandson like he was a king....couldn't ask for more :)
