Situated on Church Square this lovely, warm cafe was established in 1904. It reminded me of little cosy cafe in Paris or Madrid. The serve great meals on the ambiance of the cafe was great. The cafe is divided into smaller rooms which makes it even more intimate.
The coffee and cake was delicious and one did not know what to choose. The guests next to us enjoyed a healthy home cooked meal. After a walk about around Church Square this is the ideal place to stop and have something to eat and drink.
There are also historical photos of Church Square and Pretoria round 1989 which makes it very interesting too!
The hosts were very friendly and the serving staff also knowledgeable what is on the menu. A lovely cafe to visit!
