Finally a true Italian restaurant in Pretoria. If you want match Italian standard cuisine, you have to start from the bases: bread, olive oil and wine. Three of them amazing. Secondly the behavior of the owner has to be Italian. Friendly, Italian speaker and singer (close to Pavarotti) as well. Last but not least food. It's not easy having a fresh and tasty carpaccio bresaola in South Africa and really fresh and simple cooked fish in Pretoria. Well done Fortunato (the owner), next stage it will be taste Pasta.
