This restaurant was recommended to local people we met when we were in joburg. From the outside it does not look inviting but the food was really good. They do not have much of a dessert menu which I do not mind, but my wife does, but this is not uncommon in smaller indian restaurants, so we were prepared for that. But the starters, salads, chicken en prawn dishes we had were absolutely great. We had not expected this quality for their prices, so we were pleasantly surprised. The service was homey and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
