The kitchen tour was interesting; obviously it is the sanitised side of the kitchen/restaurant, but it is still ok because you get a little insight on the workings of the restaurant. E.g. how they age the meat. The food was very tasty and well prepared, especially the fillet. The staff paid attention to the guest and the environment is cosy and comfortable with a great wine cellar/private dining facility.
