CTFM my all time favourite. This place makes awesome food, awesome fish varieties and great sushi. Staff is friendly and management is very visible. Everyone just makes you feel comfortable when you enter the restaurant. Reasonably priced.

Went here as a treat for my children on their last day of school. There was barely any sushi on the conveyor and it took ages to get any service. We ordered 3 coldrinks which took about 20 minutes to come all out of the tin. I orders a prawn tempura which also took ages, was so covered in dough tasted like flour and the prawns tasted old and were mushy. My kids used to love eating here but I will never go back here again.

I used to love the CTFM franchise. But of late the experience is lacking. When doing a sit down meal, the meals are ok, not good tasting like before. We used to love the sushi bar, but the quality of the preperarion has seriously declined over the last year. We tried the eat as much sushi as you want recently, which was really and truly a disgraceful experience. In an hour, there had only been sushi made available four times. There was a lack of waiters, the service was shocking, management had realised the evening was a disaster, but instead of offering discount or comps or something like that, they were offering fried onion rings as a alternate to the sushi. Definitely not going here again anytime soon.

Met up on Monday night at CTFM. Only 2 waiters on duty. Items on the menu (Trout) and creme Fraishe not available from the kitchen as, apparently, they are closing in one month for renovations. No notice up to this effect for patrons. No side vegetable available so we opted for a salad which was bland and boring - no olive oil or dressing available!!! WE wont be going back there in a hurry
