This was possibly the worst experience we've had on our trip.We arrived at 8.20,made a reservation for 8.30,came back at 8.30 & asked was our table ready.The waitress seemed surprised to see us & couldn't find the piece of paper our reservation was written on.At this point there were 3 empty tables,& she asked us to wait a few minutes until one was cleaned.After I made another trip to ask was our table ready I was met by another bemused server who sat us at a dirty table.
I ordered the nachos,which were delightfully cold & tasteless,when I asked for Tabasco it took 10mins & two servers to bring it.My husbands steak was undercooked & equally cold & tasteless!
We noticed some of the other customers were being given incorrect food around us also.
Our check was incorrect,being charged for side orders which were included with the entree!This was then "corrected" to include a salad which we were told included taxes,which was also incorrect.
Even when we went to get our change all the staff & the supervisor who were going off their shift were chatting & ignoring us.
A nightmare of a "restaurant" with zero customer service,bad manners & bad food!!!
Hilton should make some changes
Go to mcdonalds!
