The food was alright. I previously dined at sticky fingers and the food and everything else with it was amazing. My most recent visit I have found that the experience was slightly disappointing. Firstly, the restaurant used to stock a very good selection of wine at a very good price. On the most recent visit all of the wine has been replaced by plonk and has retained the better quality wines prices. Additionally my steak had a 70's style sweet marinade over the sauce destroying the taste. If I can recommend anything is that you should change something that works. I would come back and support again if the quality goes back to what it was.

This is a family run steak house, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The menu is compact but good. All the meats are grillad over open fire. I had the kudu, and it was outstanding. It came with some very nice fries and woked vegetables. The prices are very reasonable, so you get a tremendous value for your money. I will definitely come back.

Lovely dinner prepared over the fire (coals)...Cosy atmosphere, friendly service and owners hands-on. Veggies were really nice and so was my lamb chops and the crispy chips. The Kudu steak was also a winner, although the caramelised onions were a bit too sweet for my taste.

Loved the compact menu, all restaurants should be like that! There's nothing I hate more about a restaurant than a massive menu - there's no way one place can do everything well, never mind that it takes ages to choose what you want!

Overall a very pleasant evening and will definitely go back for more.

I warmly recommend to have a kudu steak with a good glass of red wine because is something that you will never forget. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely.

Having tried this resturant for the first time, you are struck by the menu which offers muliple varaties of meat. So certainly a resturant for your " meat eater".

However we were sadly dissapointed after eating a tremedous salad to receive a healthy potion of staek that was tough, and had obviously not been aged. The fact that this establishment serves meat as its speciality, it should be really good, but unfortunatly this was not upto standard.

However we must point out that the resturant was really full, so maybe it was an off night, so we intend to give it another try in the not to distant future.
