“spectacular”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

not an easy walk but worth the effort. There is a short version of the walk which is about 2 1/2 hours and the long version which needs to be done at low tide. Ground can be uneven so you will need to wear good walking shoes. You smell the seal colony before you reach it but look down of hundreds of seals swimming in the sea. Spectacular views of Robberg Beach & surrounding area. best done on an overcast day as it can be very hot in the sun

“A great walk!”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

We did this walk on one of the hottest days. It was hard work but we loved it. The views are stunning. And it was great fun wading down the sand dune to the beach!

“Fantastic Shark Experience at Robberg.”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

Following a short pleasant drive from KNysna Stays Guest House to Robberg with my family we had a wonderful experience . To our amazement we were priviledged to see Hammer Head Sharks close to the rocks. We also saw 2 x Great White Sharks in the surf by the beach. The whole day consistsed of wonderful wild life sightings , birds , seals , and to top it all the sharks.
The Weather was at its best a beautiful April autumn day with temperatures up to 35 degrees and a pleasant sea breeze, calm waters enabled us to see these spectular sights.
Thank you SanParks for caring for this wonderful world heritage nature reserve Robberg, Plett nr Knysna.
