A stunning reserve just south of Plettenberg Bay, near the airport. We did the medium walk with two teenagers, and it was an easy 2 hour walk, with a stop for a picnic lunch. Bring decent shoes as there is a bit of climbing up and down, but nothing too strenuous.
The views are spectacular wherever you turn. It was easily the most picturesque experience of our two weeks in South Africa. We saw tonnes of seals and birds. No sharks, though they are often seen in the crystal clear waters.
This is a must do if you are ever in the Plett/Knysna area. If you are short on time, there is a shorter walk marked up, and if you are feeling ambitious, try for the longer walk. I know we will if we should ever be so lucky as to visit that gorgeous part of the world again.
