Was a bit skeptical seeing MCC being grown and made just outside Plett :) However my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it and had some lovely home made bread with pates and a few other things to going alongside this lovely bubbly:) WELL WORTH A VISIT !

“Great bread and baked cheese!”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

The menu advises ordering 2-3 mezzes per person. The bread was amazing (hot, and dense, perfect combination of soft yet chewy), and really went well with the Baked Camembert in white wine.

The humus or smoked snoek pate (can't remember which one) was on the salty side, however, and the avo & roast Parmesan Salad was just okay.

The environment is really nice, with the vineyard outside, but beware of flies, as there are doors on both sides of the dining area.

“A Place to Chillax”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

When travelling the Garden Route, be sure to stop and enjoy Plettenberg Bay's most beautiful wine estate and their delicious bubbly. Bramon Wine Estate has an offering of great wines to go with their selection of light luncheon tapas, a perfect stop-over en route, to the surrounding attractions or make it a full visit and sit amongst the vines enjoying the views, the food and the wines. The perfect place to chillax!

“Great place to lunch while driving the garden route!”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

My Wife and I stopped here after visiting the Elephant Sanctuary and Monkey Land that is just around the corner.

Luckily it was a beautiful sunny winters day when we stopped for lunch here and we were able to sit outside in the vineyard which was great!

We were recommended Bramon by our hotel and we are glad we came, the menu is made up of tapas and bread so the choice in endless.

All of the food was delicious and I highly recommend, being a vineyard the wine is equally fine and make sure you have at least one glass!

“A little bit of Heaven”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

My very favourite place to take visitors is to Bramon Wine estate. I live in Plettenberg Bay, and whenever I have people to stay, I reccommend they lunch at Bramon at least once during their stay with me.

Bramon Wine Estate Restaurant has a lovely ambiance whether sitting among the vines in the summer or in front of a fire in the winter.

They make a delightful little plaited bread which goes so well with any of the many small dishes of tapas that are on the menu.

I had a guest recently who wished to take me out for a meal, and so, of course, I suggested we visit Bramon. I usually go in the Summer when the grape vines are at their best and was a bit apprehensive that it would be dissappointing sitting indoors. I need not have worried. Everything was perfect.

Bramon Wine Estate Restaurant is a really lovely spot where you can enjoy your friends generosity in taking you out and know that it is not going to break their bank.
