What an ideal place to take your visitors for an al-fresco lunch on the Garden Route, especially if you can get a table between the vines! The first time we went there was before they harvested, so we were able to sneak a few grapes from the vines as we waited for our lunch! The menu has been slightly different each time we have visited, but all the plates that we have tried have been of excellent taste and quality. They prepare it all fresh, and do warn you of a slight wait, but their wine is also good, (though choice is limited) and the bread is divine (if a little fattening!). A different experience for those of us who are used to the wineries of the Stellenbosch/Franschoek area, but well worth a visit. The staff are friendly, helpful and look after you well, and we would recommend this as a great lunch experience.
