“Dining in a vineyard.”
Reviewed November 7, 2012 via mobile

The restaurant has indoor & outdoor dining but on the day we went everyone was eating outside on white wooden picnic tables. The menu consists of tapas and they recommend you order 2 to 3. I would say the salads are large enough that you could just have a salad.....but why deprive yourself of the great nibbles the winery provides? The winery makes an excellent cap classique, ZA's sparkling wine, & my husband enjoyed its Sauvignon Blanc. When we drove up I wondered what the meal would be like but found others' recommendations were right on & the experience was what others had described.

“Spoil yourself!”

An awesome cullinary experience in a beautiful setting! Bramon's restaurant and vineyard picnic facilities makes for elegant and stylish, yet informal and relaxed dining. Their wines compliment the tastefully prepared platters and baskets. The service is attentive without being intrusive. A place worth a visit!

“The hidden winery of Plettenberg - great”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

Even a little far away from everything, our guide, Ivan, brought us there today and it was lovely. Great tapas food, but some of the dishes were unexpected at all like pears in sauvignon or fig with local cheese - a lot of imagination.
There own wine and sampaign is excellent, regreted that not possible to find it anywhere in the world but there.
The two ladies, very nice and price is fair.
Go and eat there, if you are around, ask your guide if you on the Garden Route.
Only sad that the big fireplace just went cold before we arrived and they were not able to start it again.
A nice little place where you can eat different, not too touristic.
