Description: The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.

Popped in on our way out of town & had a wonderful meal. Was just what we needed after having 2 less than stellar attempts elsewhere.

This is one of the better places to eat at while in Jerome. The burgers were huge and cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was new, inviting and clean. As an added plus, the bathrooms were also very clean. You can't go wrong with this place.

We were staying in Clarkdale and were told we HAD to go eat at the Mile High. So glad we did. The added bonus was taking a tour around Jerome after the meal...the locals were very friendly. I say go to Jerome if you're in the neighborhood and treat yourself to some good eats!

My friends and I first experienced the Mile High Cafe in 2008, and when we found ourselves in Jerome again, we had to stop by. It is a little more upscale, no sign hanging outside, and it may have been painted, but the food and the service were as charming and good as our first visit 4 years ago. I would highly (no pun intended) recommend to those visiting Jerome to do yourself a favour and visit the Mile High Bar and Grill.... ;)

Stop in for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner with reasonable prices. Friendly staff (say hello to Greg) and be treated well. Your meal is always well prepared and your wallet is not drained.

Have fun and enjoy Jerome, the Mile High is our favorite and we visit every chance we get.

Oh! they also have a B&B :)
