“Nice little flat!”
Reviewed November 22, 2015 for a stay in November 2015

What a lovely little flat for a weekend getaway! Bigger than a hotel room, and with your own fridge, microwave and coffee pot, you needn't go out for every meal. Only thing missing? Plates and silverware. (Mugs, wine glasses, and napkins provided.) My husband and I picked up a few small grocery items at the Fry's in Cottonwood where Hwy. 89A turns left towards Jerome. I forgot to get paper plates and plastic silverware, but I was able to pick up some cute vintage plates and silverware at the resale store just up the road from the condo.

“Gorgeous view. Great vibe. Perfect location.”
Reviewed September 2, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Neither Jerome nor this property has activities that would appeal to very young children. But for a couple of old friends in their late 50s, it was a perfect location from which to explore many delightful places.

“Cozy rental with amazing views of Jerome, AZ”

My husband and I stayed at the Jerome Million Dollar View II on 4/9/15 to 4/13/2015. We arrived early on 4/9, at about noon and decided to check if the place would be available for us earlier than the 3pm standard. It was! The door key code worked without a problem. We were welcomed by a spotless room with the fresh Jerome wind blowing through the windows. Restroom was fully stocked and super clean. We had a microwave, min fridge and coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised with two wine glasses as well as a ticket for a free sandwich at the Hilltop Deli (delicious stacked sandwich place with AMAZING view of Jerome). I highly recommend staying here. You can tell the owners take pride in their home as well as in the town. We were extremely pleased and have absolutely no complaints.

Some places to check out: Haunted Hamburger for mouthwatering margaritas and burgers (veggie options available), Flat Iron Cafe for your breakfast coffee fix, Caduceus Cellars for rich & divine wine and small bites (top of the line customer service by all staff members) and the Jerome State Park for a fun and educational presentation on the old copper mining town. I highly recommend putting on your comfortable walking shoes and taking a walk around the town. Explore and take lots of photos. Jerome is a breathtaking town with many kindhearted residents.

Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had all of the furnishings of a hotel--bath products, mini fridge, microwave, coffee. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere in town, but were just on the edge so we didn't get the late night, weekend noise of being right in the center of town. And the balcony view really is spectacular!

“Perfect spot”

This vacation rental is a very large room on the third floor (top floor) of a quiet building just on the edge of town. It has a reserved parking spot right next to the building. The room comfortably holds a sofa (a sleeper sofa) and easy chair, coffee table and end tables, TV with Direct TV, a round dining table and four chairs, a king-size bed, and two shelf units that double as night-stands. Magazines, games, and binoculars. There is also a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker with beans and a grinder, and wine glasses and mugs. Bathroom with a shower stall. Lots of windows. And a large balcony with four chairs and an incredible view. What else could one want for a weekend in Jerome?! There were only two of us but this room would be plenty big enough for four who were friendly enough to share the one bathroom. Located about a two-minute walk from the center of town, very quiet location but an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and wine tasting. Easy reservation system -- reserved on the phone, confirmed via email from the owner with the code to a key lockbox, and the key in a lockbox on the door of the unit. We never saw the owner but had his phone number had we needed it. We did call when we arrived because we were quite early and he answered, so seemed very accessible. We were very comfortable in this vacation rental and really enjoyed the balcony. Only downside - no Wifi access in the unit. It is up two flights of stairs so not suitable for people who can't do stairs.

Liked best: location, size of room and having a sofa and chair instead of having to sit on the bed all the time like in a typical hotel room
Liked least: probably a one-off incident but the neighbor downstairs had a screaming fight with someone on the phone at 6:45 a.m. Saturday morning!
