“Not very big, but rich in history!”
Reviewed January 13, 2014

Jerome is not that big of a town so you might as well visit this museum if you've already made the trip up the mountain. The museum is filled with the history of Jerome, a mining town and it's visually pleasing to see old artifacts of an era long gone. Lots of information to take in so expect to come out much more knowledgeable about our mining history.

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed January 8, 2014

Your in this area to visit this trip back in time to the early mining history in Arizona. Jerome is all of that, Old Buildings, Old Cars (including Police & Fire) and "The Town Jail.
If you do not visit this museum you are short changing yourself, it has a great amount of history and information.
Visit this location!!!

“who knew? so informative !”
Reviewed December 31, 2013

We sat thru a 30 min film on the history of the town, the mines, the culture, and the early 1990's life in Arizona. This is very informative for everyone who loves History. The town seems a bit cramped but makes the best of the space it has. Fun trip.

“worth a look”
Reviewed November 22, 2013

nice gift shop--museum was mostly photos, but also a few displays--the young lady on duty had her music cranked up pretty loud, but lowered the volume when I asked--if you are interested in mining history in general, and the history of jerome in particular, this is worth going through

“Quaint Jerome”
Reviewed November 6, 2013

We enjoyed the museum less than picturesque little sidehill town which is what this review is really about. The galleries and artisan crafts were great! The town was a bit crowded but well worth the time.
