This place had okay Mexican food, definitely does not do a good representation of real Mexican cuisine. Had pretty good prices, and alright service. They were not very excited that you were there is what i gathered.

The food was ok. The chilly was not very tasty. Wouldn't rush to go back. Went their as it was recommended in Tom Synders book. Lots of 66 stuff on the walls. The service was ok.

Lots of reviews have overlooked the facts that this cafe is internationally known as one of the MUST VISIT places on the mother road, and is famed for never closing. That means the clientele is a true mix of people both local and travellers both domestic and international such as myself all the way from England.
The place was full at brunch time but the service was great and the food was yet another excellent quinine adventure that I experienced for the first time.
That, and experiencing a nights comfortable sleep in the wigwam motel just up the road completed a great day in Holbrook town. Totally excellent.
