This cute little place is a gem! Clean, clean, clean.....with a bed and breakfast charm. It is clear the owners, who live on site, take great pride in their establishment. They brought ice to the room. We wanted hot water for tea in the evening and they brought us a tray, with cups/saucers...spoons, hot water in a thermos - nice touch. The pool and surrounding area is immaculate!
We stayed there because the Wigwam was booked....and we are so glad....will be back!
GREAT get-away.

I am an attorney and had to be in Holbrook for a mid week jury trial. I checked different reviews for motels before deciding to stay here as opposed to one of the "chain" motels. The room was extremely clean and appeared newly made over. They don't have a refrigerator, microwave oven or in-room phone, if that is important to you. Good wireless connectivity was very important to me Their wireless was great with no drops and I used both my iPhone and a laptop. The laptop is heavily encrypted along with using VPN which can have problems if the wireless is subpar. At night I could occasionally hear a rumbling sound which I assumed was the train (the railroad tracks are not too far away) but it was not disturbing. A very nice place to stay and the owners were very helpful

A regular road motel that got a make-over by owners who clearly care; with lovingly decorated, clean and comfortable rooms.

We loved it here and will defInitely stay again when coming to this area. Recommending it to all our friends as well. Great place, great value.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon.

The motel was scrupulously clean, had interesting décor, a pool and very friendly staff. The breakfast was great too.

The highlight for us, however, was that there was a lovely bottle of champagne and a card waiting for us on arrival! I had mentioned our honeymoon on all the reservations I made on our lengthy trip. The Globetrotter was the only place that acknowledged this, and was the cheapest place we stayed! We were genuinely so touched.

If you're considering staying here, please do. It's in much much better condition than the rest of the town's motels, and has real character. We loved our stay here.

family run place where I like to stay rather than a chain, this was excellent, best place in town. Make sure you try out the great pool and go accross the street for a plate of ribs (best i tasted anywhere)
Very friendly owners from Austria and they will do all they can to make you feel welcome and at home. - very well worth the money we paid

Room Tip: all the rooms are near the pool!!!
