We have a group that meets in the bar for happy hour several times per month. Drinks are discounted and selected appetizers are half price. Have got somewhat tired of the same selection so have switched to their dynamite patty melt or their good chicken fried steak. Well worth a visit.

This old and well known restaurant in Green Valley, Arizona is always consistent and always good. Clean and good service, with a good selection of entries. You cant go wrong here. The bar, known as the "Easy Street Lounge" is a fun place with great bar snacks and good drinks. Try it during Happy Hour for half-price. I eat at this restaurant frequently, and always have a good experience in both the restaurant and the bar.

I don't like to give out 5 stars unless a restaurant hits the top on all areas; cleanliness, quality, service, and price. The Arizona Family Restaurant gets top scores by both my girlfriend and I in all areas. We were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant as soon as we walked in the door. We were immediately greeted and taken to a table. We decided to try the turkey dinners and joked about having thanksgiving in August. Our dinners included dressing, cranberry sauce, and two sides; and warn fresh rolls. From the turkey and gravy to the green beans and mashed potatoes, every part of the meal was excellent. We kept looking at each other and asking "is your food as good as mine"...yeah we talk like that. Our service by our waitress couldn't have been any better before, during and after the meal. There was no room left over for desert. The Sunday "special" price appeared to be about the same as the menu price. For less than $30 (not including tip) we both had very filling "Thanksgiving in August" meals. 100% recommended across all categories!

Changed coffee recently, always tastes burnt. Used to love the chicken fried steak, last few times the meat was mushy. Conjecture they're using frozen instead of fresh meat. My wife used to love their meat loaf, reminded her of home, but its quality has dropped as well. Conjecture either the owner or the chef is cutting corners on food quality. Used to be packed, customer counts are noticeably down.

It is OK as far as meal are concerned. Certainly not at the top of the food chain, but inexpensive and foten times deals that people like.
