Nice, casual restaurant with lovely views of the mountains. The usual country club fare at a reasonable price.

Tight lies & greens a little rough.
Greens are over seeded which did not take well.

I played San Ignacio with my wife one day when they had a good tee time deal. Unfortunately even with the low green fee I was a little disappointed in the course. The design of the course is ok, however it seems like whoever designed the course just put knobs along the fairways because some other nice courses have them. They didn't really fit in with the environment in my opinion, but some players might like it. Other than that the course had some nicely laid out holes, and in it's heyday it was probably a very good place to play.
Unfortunately though the lack of a proper budget was evident, as it was very dry and looked like it never gets water. I don't need super lush fairways and greens, but the fairways were basically dead grass and hardpan, and the greens were only slightly better.
**Two side notes-
The staff at the club was extremely friendly, and seemed genuinely happy that we were there and were very gracious.
Secondly, I recently played with a fellow who said that he had played it recently and that it was in decent shape. So maybe they have been able to bolster the budget and get some watering done.(This occurred about 8 months after I had played the course.)
Finally I wrote this review because it seems like reviews on courses in the Tucson area are hard to find, and for a golfer on a budget (like myself) I hope this provides a little insight on whether or not a course is worth the money. If you can get a tee time for a decent price, maybe San Ignacio is worth a try, providing they have boosted the watering a bit.

Would be a much more interesting course if it was in better condition. As it is, it's not a very fun outing. Course is dry with lots of bare and brown patches. The "rough" is just burnt out grass and dirt. Greens are receptive but are bumpy and not well filled in with grass. Course is very narrow and somewhat hilly.
