Driven by restaurant many times and took a chance this past weekend. No one in restaurant which scares you. Staff very friendly but food just average at best. Owner asked what we would like and we told her in a very precise conversation. She said she could have that prepared. Food came right out and not at all what we discussed. When we told her, she played as if she didn't know what we had talked about. I asked for a little more celery in dish and when bill came charged $2.95 extra for it. On the food not being correct, could be language problem but we doubt it. Too bad as we need a good restaurant in town. Hope they make it.

We recently ate at Pacific Moon in Fountain Hills. First of all the service was very good. It was fast and the staff was very attentive. While the atmosphere is not fancy, the food is excellent. We had the Walnut Shrimp and the Fried Tofu with Vegetables. The portions were so big we needed a take-away box. The shrimp were big and succulent with lots of walnuts in a delicious sauce. The fried tofu was the right texture, just lightly fried. The vegetables were definitely fresh and everything was cooked perfectly so that the vegetables were slightly crisp. The sauce on the tofu was very flavorful. We are definitely going back to this restaurant.

We went on Sunday for lunch. $5.50 lunch menu with about 10 choices. . Almost didn't go in because no one else was in the place. That would have been a mistake as it turned out a great experience. Service was great and food was slightly above average. (shrimp were large and plentiful) Will definitely go back.

We came with friends on a weeknight after 8PM, there was only one table seated in the restaurant, so I was not expecting a good experience. I was delightfully surprised. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The wait staff was very friendly and professional.

Six of us ordered different meals and shared. The food came out quickly and each dish was better than the next, General Tso's was prepared with white meat, crispy crust and perfectly seasoned, fried wontons with sweet and sour dip was delicious.

The atmosphere was clean and nice.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time today at lunch. $7.95 lunch menu includes entree, soup, and crab wonton. My wife had chicken and vegetables. I had the General Tsao Chicken without breading. The chicken and veggies was sent back as it was unedible due to too much salt; my General Tsao had no spice and tasted like sweet and sour chicken. The staff handled the chicken and veggies issue VERY well.. they apologized profusely and responded quickly with a new plate that was much better. It was a bit bland on the second try... but edible. We will give them a second chance at lunch due to their exemplary service and personality. Hopefully, the food will be a bit better.. we will try different entrees. I'd love to have a great Chinese restaurant in FH's... right now.. we drive to Scottsdale at Via Linda and Frank Lloyd Wright ...
