We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to go back. The room was so cozy with a fireplace and balcony with a gorgeous view of the valley - the best view we've ever had. It is nestled in mountains and the day we arrived, we saw a family of javalinas - wild pigs - behind our place. We got a great rate - in January - a pre-tourist season when the weather is unpredictable. But it was perfect. The staff was so nice. I would highly recommend this place.

We got a great deal on this place from Expedia and booked a mini-suite with a view. We only went for one night, checking in late on Wednesday night. The entrance is beautifully lit at night and is very welcoming - the desk clerk was very friendly and gave us a room on the second (top) floor with a sweeping view of the valley below. The room was very nice, even having a kiva style gas fireplace in the corner. The bed at first felt a little hard but my wife and I both slept like babies. This is an older resort but is just what we were looking for - off the beaten track and very quiet. The resort is clean and the room was also clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that a little more attention to detail would be nice. Our fireplace had a large section of drywall that was failing just in front of the tile on the hearth. It would be an easy fix, but there it was, just sitting front and center needing repair. The carpet also needed some stain removal by the desk, but that was minor. The bathroom was spotless and we had no complaints. The wireless service is free but is a little weak - I had to step out on the balcony to catch the signal. Nice big separate tub and shower - the tub was huge and was jetted but we didn't use it.
Overall, our stay here was really nice. I see the prices on their company website and feel they are high for the rooms. The value is more in the $125 range but good luck finding that.
Would I return? Without hesitation.

Room Tip: Floors and plumbing are a bit flimsy, so an upper unit is nice.

The room was beautiful and spotless! We enjoyed having the microwave and refrigerator. We used the lovely crystal clear pool. We went to two of the recommended resturaunts that the Desk Clerk told us about, both were in Fountain Hills and both were great! We will return! Pet friendly- 25.00 pet fee.

Room Tip: You can ask for a first floor. These are little 4 plex buildings. Very private! We never heard a pee...

AFter receiving an upgraded room due to not having our reservation request available, we found the hotel, service and most of all the room to be the nicest place we have ever stayed. We truly appreciated the generous upgrade and realized there are still hotels and hotel staff that aim to please. This was a beautiful hotel. The scenery was great. We absolutely enjoyed our short stay, and wish it was longer.

Room Tip: do not know anything about spa or fitness center, as we checked in late and left early, and did not...

What a great place! This was our fourth visit, and we will be back often. The staff, from the front desk, to the great folks that take care of the rooms, our stay could have not have been better. A special thanks to Jessika, who was very helpful, I had forgotten to leave something for the person who took care of our room, and she found out who was taking care of us, and put it in an envelope with her name on it. Jessika had me seal it so she would be sure to receive it.

The room was wonderful, clean, and top notch, couldn't have been nicer. I have highly recommended your facility to my friend and family. We will return soon.

Thank you,
Mat

This is a great adult hotel. There is a small but very nice pool with hot tub and the view from here is fabulous. Not much for children to do. The staff were wonderful. There is a clubhouse for the golf course that has a restaurant with good food and great prices. This is open for breakfast and lunch so you need to make other arrangements for dinner but there are many restaurants close by. We had a wonderful time.
