The long haul from Texas is boring, but this is an oasis that is a spot the enjoy the scenery and enjoy a world class museum.

The atmosphere was interesting. The food was good. The bartender was friendly. The pie was old!!!!! The man who played guitar and sang was really good.

I recently had dinner at the Triangle T - the saloon is something you have to see - a gigantic rock behind the bar ! Great live music with Mary Cartter and the Dragoon Mountain Boys, and I was treated to a special Dragoon Duck dinner cooked by their special events chef. Completely unbelievable and unbeatable. The type of dinner you would expect to pay big money for at a fancy restaurant, but a great value here, along with a small but surprisingly good wine list. Linda (the owner) came around to talk with us as well. Fabulous evening.

The location is quite beautiful and the saloon is very rustic with a really neat huge rock as the centerpiece for the bar but the buffet dinner was overpriced and extremely poor value for the money. The buffet cost $22 per person but wasn't actually a buffet - only 1 plate with 1 serving of meat. Chicken wasn't cooked either and 1 small brownie for dessert per person.

Nice place to have a beer but would recommend not eating there.
