“What a special gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 13, 2014

Family run, service great, absolutely great Italian food and a fun evening! It's tiny little place with a few tables. The staff ( family) were friendly and pleasant. Easy to miss or overlook when driving through Cornville. Suggest reservations and enjoy the food.

“Italian Restaurant”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2014

The food at Vince's was decent. We were looking for a place, close to home to frequent on nights we don't want to cook. Our waiter, one of the owner's sons was excellent, however Mom and Pop were distant, the restaurant is dark and needed to be cleaned. Because of the lack of personal attention from the owners, who walked by our table several times and didn't even give us eye contact, we choose to spend our money elsewhere.

“A hidden gem, but maybe not for everyone.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 26, 2014

This place has been in Cornville for years. The food is some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is a little funky, but that's part of its charm. If your idea of a good restaurant is in a five-star setting, this probably isn't for you, but if you like great food and local charm in an out-of-the-way location, this is the place. This is Cornville, after all, not Las Vegas. The owners are characters and have a little bit of a New York attitude, so maybe that rubs some people the wrong way. I've never had a bad meal here, and it always seems clean to me.

“One of a kind!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 22, 2014

Charming old fashioned neighborhood Italian restaurant. They make the dishes the old fashioned way. Simple good Italian cooking, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken parm. A little slow, because they cook fresh to order. I do wish they would include the use of some herbs in their sauce. So glad I have something like this nearby.

“Mediocre”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2013

We had heard good things about Vince's and decided to give it a try between Christmas & New Year's. We started with an anti pasto salad which was quite good. The Minestrone that followed lacked flavor and was bland at best. My wife ordered the pasta with butter, garlic and cheese and was greeted with a fairly flavorless watery pasta dish. I ordered the veal picata which was fairly good but only like warm. Service was unimpressive. The young man who waited on us was fairly attentive, but at one point suggested we clear some items from the table so that additional food could be added. At the conclusion of the meal he returned to us to tell us he was tired and wanted to go home, prompting our departure. There are other better restaurants in Cornville that we will patronize in the future.
