We recently spent 5 days at the Fairfield Inn Phoenix Chandler. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and full of many delicious choices including breakfast sandwiches and wraps, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. There was always complementary fresh, hot coffee and ice water (with fresh lemon and lime slices!), and warm cookies each evening in the lobby! We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and whirlpool which are surrounded by blooming plants this time of year. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

There's not a lot to say. My use of the word 'basic' is not derogatory because Fairfield Inns are plain, basic hotels - no frills and just good value for money. That describes this hotel well. It's good value for money and about to undergo refurbishment, which will freshen up the tired decor.

The hotel is clean and well maintained but can't hide the need of some attention. I'd happily stay again. The room aircon unit was really noisy.

Room Tip: There are only three floors but you can get peace and quiet anywhere as it's set back from roads.

We stayed here just one night on our way from Northern Arizona one day to the airport the next day. The rooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. The pool looked nice; although, we didn't try it. Breakfast included a variety of items - better than the breakfasts at many motels. The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about where to eat dinner (Elephant Bar). I would definitely stay here again. The Chandler mall area was near, and the airport was only about 20 minutes away.

This hotel is pretty much what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn.

Pro: Attentive professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh linens, easy to use working Internet, relatively quiet, convenient located near the highway, ample parking and a good price. The breakfast was typical Fairfield fare, but the awesome attendant kept everything stocked and clean, which made it appear a little nicer.

Cons: A little dated, but I'll take dated and clean over updated with issues.

Stay here without hesitation. It's not a luxury hotel, but if a Fairfield Inn will meet your needs, then you'll be more than happy with this hotel.

Room Tip: I was on the end farthest from the highway, and the highway noise was minimal.

Amazing !! Drove across AZ, NM on I - 40..spent week in Texas then drove back along 10 hwy & this was the best place by far. Even tho so many places we called in
Phoenix were fully booked due to dance competition & this hotel only had 2 rooms left they honored our coupon from travel coupon guide for $49 even tho they were asking $109 as my wife called ahead. Very honorable. Rooms were very nice n clean. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Lemon water & coffee always available. Awesome morning spread for breakfast. So many options. Fresh walnuts, raisins & brown sugar for oatmeal. Waffle maker, drink choices, variety .. nice staff .. a cut above.

We were not charged for fridge but got one anyway.

We are looking forward to staying here again !!

Room Tip: Top floor 3rd had high ceilings which we enjoyed. Not sure if other rooms are the same.
