We haven't been in awhile, but our twin granddaughters are emerging from the terrible twos and so we all took a chance.
Make reservations if you can, Saturday nights are crazy busy and there were some disappointed families.
The restaurant has a wild funky Italian decor, which is great fun to entertain children. Don't miss the trip through the kitchen if you have never been before.
The staff are perfect. Quick, efficient and highly tolerant and generous to small children. They quickly heeded the warning text from our daughter that cheesy bread needed to hit the table when the girls did. When a squabble over crayon colors briefly broke out they ran for more colors. What great people.
The food is just really really good. The Shrimp Diablo is spicy and fun, of course the cheesy bread is excellent, the appetizers are delicious and they have outstanding salads. The wine list is limited, but has definitely improved over the years.
For dessert we had a tray of 6 gelato cones, vanilla, chocolate and raspberry, The girls loved the incredibly bright red raspberry cones.
Prices are very reasonable and there is no better family restaurant.
