We truly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely return. The service was first-rate throughout the property. The exact opposite of the casino hotel near-by, which is horrible. In addition the property is clean and surrounded by numerous activities. Golf, Rawhide, horseback riding, Bondurant driving school are a few that come to mind. But first and foremost is the spa on-property. It is a must visit. Personal or business --both are perfectly handled at the Sheraton Wild Horse.

We just checked into the Sheraton and service has been wonderful from the moment the Valet opened the car door. Check in was quick and the decor and architecture lent itself to a feeling of tranquility and calm, which was soooo appreciated after 5 hours on the road. On this trip we are traveling with Ella our toy poodle. There is a $100 extra charge for pets regardless of the number of nights you stay. The pet rooms are on the first level and have a nice walk out patio. We're looking forward to our first "walkie-walkie" around the grounds this morning.

We had a great time at the Sheraton WHP - as ever - the hotel lived up to our previous visits. The beds are very comfy. Service was great and even though there was a conference on at the same time - this was no problem for us as holidaymakers although there did seem to be a delay in tables for breakfast on one day. Hanyo Poolside was great. This was the first time that we had used SPG points for our holiday - which was great - but did restrict the type of room however we were able to upgrade to a deluxe with cash. We were based on the ground floor on the Pima wing which was great for location but unfortunately there was no privacy curtain on the window which meant that everyone passing had the ability to see in or we closed the main curtains meaning we lost the benefit of the brilliant sunshine. Weather was great as ever and we enjoyed going to Chandler Mall, the casino and outlet mall at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Aji Spa. Can't wait to return at some point - nothing booked as yet but travelling from the UK means we need to plan a bit further in advance.

Dear Guest,
Thank you greatly for your kind feedback as it is incredibly important to our resort. It is great to hear that we have been able to welcome you back to our resort for multiple visits. We take pride in our service, and are pleased you were able to enjoy the warm weather at the Hanyo pool, and the local attractions surrounding the property. In regards to the missing curtain in the room we will follow up with our housekeeping and engineering teams to find out where and why this was missing from your room, and ensure it is fixed to prevent this from occurring in the future. We thank you for taking the time to provide your comments about your stay, and we cannot wait to welcome you back to your home away from home in the “Valley of the Sun”.
Sincerely,
Front Office Manager

We have stayed at several Starwood properties. This one stands out for being in Indian territory and having so many elements of the Pima and Maricopa culture blended in the property. Quite interesting the murals, exhibits about Indian culture and the interpretive trail. The hotel grounds were beautiful with several desert plants and a trail along the river. The swimming pools are great, one of the best slides I've been, over 100 feet in length and about 3-stories high, our kids couldn't get enough. The hotel also had several activities for kids and one of the nights we had staff from the AZ science center with telescopes. There was live music in the lobby at night, which was great.
Plenty of computers and books at the Sheraton link area, one of the best I've seen.
Having a water taxi service to the Rawhide and shuttle to the outlets and cassino was awesome.
Our diner experience at the Kosin restaurant was below expectations, as they seems to be short on servers and the food was ok, not good, not terrible, service below average. Breakfast buffet could have been better, I think overall the restaurant service and food is not at par with the rest of the hotel.
Rooms were super clean and comfortable.
Hotel location a bit out of town, very peaceful surrounding in the desert.
All in all this is a hotel that I strongly recommend, and one of the best Sheraton I've stayed at, I'm looking forward to going back for a few days soon and highly recommend it.

My two young sons and I just completed our second stay at this resort. This is a hidden gem with a 4 star rating but a 5 star experience. So the rooms don't have dual varieties? No more than one fancy restaurant? Who cares. This resort delivers a better experience than supposed 5 star area resorts like the Phoenician or Princess.

The rooms are well appointed, fully equipped and have terrific views. The grounds and scenery are stunning, including an amazing desert golf course surrounded by mountain views. The pools are large and plentiful. The Spa is truly 5 star quality, as is the golf and the scenery. (The main pool could be better heated).

What separates this resort from others is the staff and their wonderful disposition. Like the men at the front door who made my bike storage and retrieval simple. Or Vanessa, Alissa and Amber who took great care of my kids at Kids Camp. The best service offen happens when there is a mini-crisis, which Gail at the front desk and Brandon, a manager, diffused and solved adeptly.

This hotel is easy to be at. No Scottsdale traffic or pretentiousness. Just beauty, delight, and great service. Its a 5 star experience.
