We stayed here 3/22/13 for 3 nights. The reason for our trip was to see a Dodger spring training game with our grand kids who are 13 and 11. We were happy with the hotel and the amenities. It is located on an indian reservation. The hotel valets were very welcoming upon our arrival. The reservation desk is located on the 3rd level, and if you turn around there is a great view of the resort's pool area and the mountains in the distance. It is really breathtaking! We had a corner unit on the first floor with a patio. This was convenient for my grandson because he was able to step right outside and get on his skateboard for a quick trip along the pathway. Our bedroom was spacious and clean. All of us really enjoyed the pool area. They have a fun slide for the kids( and adults), and two pools. One was heated and one was a cold pool. The cold pool would be nice when the temp gets up above 100, which I'm sure it will later in summer. On our visit we had great weather at about 85 degrees while we were there. There is food and beverage service, and a outdoor bar at the pool area. Service was good and the food was not bad. We did not eat at either of the restaurants at the hotel, but they do have a counter where you can get a coffee and pastries, which we did take advantage of. We took the free boat service over to Rawhide where we had dinner one night and visited some of the stores. One day we took my grandson to Chandler skate park (about 20 minutes away) so he could use his new skateboard. It is free to use, and its a pretty big park. He had a blast here. Another night we felt like having some Thai food. We tried a place called Thai Basil in town. The food was delicious and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again, all of us had a great time here.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are so happy you were able to satisfy all of your interests while with us at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass.

If you visit again with your Grandchildren, there are many other skate parks to explore. Arizona also has a fantastic selection of Thai food to choose from, but at trip to Wild Horse Pass would not be complete without a dinner at Kai.

We look forward to seeing you again.

Sincerely,
Kai Manager

I've done a lot of event planning for work in my time and the Wild Horse Pass did not disappoint. The grounds are remarkable, the staff excellent, resourceful and more than helpful. Any foodie would go crazy with all the delicious farm fresh plates to choose from. More importantly the resort doesn't feel like a corporate conference center but effortlessly functions as one. They really have something to offer anyone whether you're a couple looking for a weekend getaway or a group of business professionals. I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.

Room Tip: From my experience there are very few rooms without an amazing view. The entire resort is tucked awa...

I first stayed at the Wild Horse Pass shortly after the property opened and returned this spring to make it our base for taking in Spring Training games. While not necessarily the closest hotel to where we needed to go, the extra travel around town was well worth it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the property has been very nicely maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. With the exception of a bit of hallway noise by other guests, our room was quiet with a great little patio that faced the western skyline. The Aji spa is as wonderful as I remembered from my prior trip. My only beef is that there is a charge for WiFi in the rooms and the network was very slow. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I was recently attending a conference at this facility. My room was wonderful (how nice to have my own private outdoor sitting space), and it was clean and fresh. The staff was all very helpful. The grounds are gorgeous, and the conference center is one of the nicest I've ever been at. But here's the downside - there are too few places to eat. There is a high-end restaurant, which is certainly not where I want to eat, especially on my first night in a hotel. There is the pool bar-grill, which is great for lunch, but closes at about 6pm. There is a lobby bar that has limited food. And there is the hotel restaurant, which is often full until after 8pm. Not exactly what one wants to hear, especially after travelling all day from the East Coast. If this resort is going to cater to conventions, then they need to do something about offering more places to eat.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for visiting Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa. Our associates work hard to connect with each of our guests and will be happy to hear that they made a lasting impression during your stay. With five dining outlets on property in addition to 24 hour in-room dining, we aim to offer a range of dining options to cater to each of our guests needs and we are sorry to learn that you felt limited when electing a place to dine. Did you know that our resort provides complimentary shuttle service to the nearby hotel & casino as well as the newly opened Phoenix Premium Outlets? Both of these destinations also offer a variety of dining options that many of our guests like to take advantage of during their visit. We apologize if this information was not shared with you to better enhance your stay. Thank you sending us feedback from your experience. We believe that feedback is a powerful tool and appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with yours. We hope to welcome you back to the resort on a future stay.
Sincerely,

- PR Manager, Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa

Over the course of four days of business, this was a delightful respite. The convention rooms were centrally located without the usual long walk from the guest rooms. The only down side was they were a bit cool.
As for the hotel, the rooms were excellent. Some of the common areas did show the 10 year wear of the hotel, but were comfortable and relaxing. The Indian flute music was a nice calming touch to a busy day. The hotel staff were very nice at each encounter. There were plenty of opportunities to have bottled water offered.

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor with a patio.

We really liked the hotel...everything was what you'd expect.

We loved the fire pit outside...how I ended up being the official "log guy" (LOL) while a number of us sat at the pit, enjoying the night sky and stars...but happy to have done it!

The rooms were in good shape, but a bit of a jaunt from the main elevators, especially with luggage.

Susan and I loved the “walking trail” that borders the golf course and is 2.5 miles in total...a great outing! We also enjoyed the pool area and the servers from the pool bar were quite attentive. As a Platinum member of SPG, we were able to use our amenity towards a discount at breakfast...even though the server one of the three mornings had some difficulty in backing it off the bill.

Nate from the front desk is very good and will do well in the business!

The only detractor was upon check-in the computer system was down and getting our keys took an inordinate length of time.

In a recent visit and tour of the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Phoenix, I found myself wishing I had more time. First, location from the airport is easy. The entire entrance onto the land this hotel is on is great - very authentic Arizona and the culture is evident from the grounds to the design to the facility to the people. Golf and spa, fabulous. Rooms, top notch and all with great views. Service was great and amenities all strong. I have a business group that has used this hotel as well and had nothing but good reviews.

Room Tip: Any room is great, though if you don't like much of a walk, ask for those closer to the lobby ra...
