“Truly an oasis in the desert...”

A river flows in the desert once again. Rustic yet elegant, comfortably appointed and impeccably maintained. Respectful of the environment and honors the local Native American community. Excellent meeting space. From trail ride on horseback to upscale dining in one afternoon, and all on the property. I hope to return for more than the 2 days I was there, and experience again the peace of this beautiful surrounding.

Room Tip: The rooms that face the mountains are labeled for Starwood Preferred Members. Mine was beautiful and...

The only bad thing I can think to say is that this place is a haul from the airport. But the rooms are lovely, the food is good, the surroundings are beautiful. I love the little jogging trail and the pool looks phenomenal. The gym area is hard to figure out. It has odd hours or something, so I usually just end up on the nature trail, which is fine by me. I really like the meeting rooms too and the outdoor seating areas are a lovely touch.

A beautiful desert resort just off I-10, south of Chandler, Az. There are a variety of activities to do, or just relax around a lovely pool. I stayed 4 nights as part of a package with the Bondurant Driving School. About 2 miles from the Resort is a nice casino.

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the lobby or else it is a LONG walk to the end rooms in the LONG wings.

Aji Spa is the most relaxing spa in the valley. The hospitality and staff and welcoming upon entering along with the ambiance of the colors and layout of the spa. Everything was well to enhance the total spa experience! Outside you are greeted by fluted music and a spacious pool and spa area. Even an indian hut to entice the views. In the background you have the Ahwatukee South Mountains. First rate place to visit. If you live in the area I would highly recommend it for a "staycation" as you will not feel like you are 5 minutes to the freeway~! Great Girls get-away!

Just fabulous! The rooms were lovely ... well maintained and spotless. Enjoyed the Aji Spa and the delicious lunch at the cafe. Ko'sin restaurant was terrific - we had breakfast and dinner there every day. But the very best thing about the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort was the staff. Top Notch! Everyone was just so pleasant and helpful. I couldn't help but compliment them. One employee's response to me was "I love to come to work, they (management) are so good to us". It was so refreshing to listen to happy people. You can bet I'll be staying there again- what a find!

Very impressed with the grounds..Golf coarse is very pretty. I am not a golfer, and did not golf on this trip but the coarse was beautiful.

Very nice lobby area, staff very friendly, and helpful. Lower lobby/bar area very spacious, and cozy. Unsure why there is only one main door out of lower area. One evening thye did open the full size windows that opened up to the outdoor patio area. Most evening while at this resort they did have a fire in the pit on the patio...
Pool area was nice. Only one heated pool, the other 2 and water slide pool were freezing cold. Wait staff friendly, and attentive, did not have enough wait staff to accomodate the large number of guests.
Rooms were a nice size. One first floor without a view. Disappointed had room overlooking parking lot, but did not want to give up king size bed to have a view.
Bathroom was a good size,
Somewhat disappointed with housekkeeping staff. I understand hotels want us to be more conservative of linens, but visited this hotel 7 days/6 nights, and I do not believe sheets were changed one time. Fresh towels given to us througout our stay, just couldn't get fresh sheets. One day even stripped bed half way, and marked sheet with lip gloss, and yes...same sheets remained, and bed re-made. Disappointing. Oh, well....if it was really a problem I guess I should have asked for fresh sheets. Used glass from my morning breakfast left on desk entire stay.
Overall satisifed with stay

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your recent visit to Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. We are glad that your overall experience was pleasant and that you enjoyed your stay with us.

We are sorry to hear about the disappointment with your housekeeping service. Our resort offers the “Make a Green Choice” program in which a guest has the option to decline our standard daily change of linens and it sounds as though the housekeeper may have mistakenly believed you were participating in this initiative. We apologize for the miscommunication on our behalf and are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused.

Sincerely,
Stephanie Sanstead
