We thought we would just drop in for dinner, but were fortunate to get a table after waiting 15 minutes at the bar, on a Saturday night. It was cold, so we opted for inside. There are nice fireplaces in and out and inside there was a great singer, to entertain us. We usually prefer enjoying the lovely Arizona weather outside but the music made and historic brick, seating made the inside very nice. I am not sure if there are speakers outside to hear her.
Their wines are not cheap but good. We recommended they offer flights, to sample several and a cocktail menu. They said they were looking into this summer.
The brueshetta was the biggest we have had $12 for 4 large pieces. We loved the fig and the artichoke ones the best but all were good.
The only issue - $14 for two scallops was steep. They were tastey but colder than they should be for fresh seared. The service and ambiance were great. The apple dessert was great.
We will definitely be back and gladly welcome this addition to our downtown chandler local restaurants, when we want more upscale dining over San Tan brewery.
