The course is in nice shape, greens well-kept, but is a little pricy. Nestled in the middle of a housing community, many of the holes are lined with houses, so you can't hook/slice it too much or it will become someone else's property...but the houses tend to be higher than the fairways so if you are a little off, it will roll down to the fairway or closer to it. Many of the holes have rock beds lining the fairways, which give you extra roll while improving your lie. They prefer you book your tee time online, and that is where you find the better deals. You pay when you check in, and the course was packed both days I played it, so play was slow, but we joined another 2some and it went fine. There is a neat island par-3, and enough water on other holes to challenge you. Liked the course overall, but prefer to play in the afternoons for twilight rates. Price drops after 1p and again after 3pm.
