I attended a conference at the Wild Horse in Phoenix Arizona. The rooms we spacious, the conference facilities were very good and the food was good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurants on site were good, we especially ate at most of them on visit and everyone was pleased with the quality. It is large facility with a casino on site for those that like to gamble. It is close to a few different shopping centers and restuarants.

The pillows at this hotel are the best I have EVER SEEN. I didn't want to leave the bed!! The casino was nice, but wish they had a larger non-smoking area. I can't say enough about the linens, we slept REALLY COMFORTABLY.
The room was clean and REALLY SPACIOUS. The bathroom was just HUGE.
The breakfast buffet at 24/7 was well put together with LOTS OF OPTIONS. Everything was good but their signature french toast (yuck).
We ate dinner both nights at Ling & Louie's. The beef friend rice was AWESOME. The sizzling surf & turf was ordered both nights in a row by the man in our group. He LOVED it. I enjoyed the Teriyaki Salmon the first night (should have ordered the glaze on the side, it was COATED) but the salmon was really good. Second night was the beef friend rice!! AWESOME.
For Desert the Banana Caramel Spring Roll and it was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect size to share. DELICIOUS!!!

The Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino was a good venue to use in Phoenix Arizona. It is well located, not in the center of town but right by the freeway. We had a suite which was very nicely appointed although the colors were a bit dull. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is definitively good value for money.

Not to be confused with the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Spa. We also stayed there but it was not nearly as nice and when we arrived at 11pm there was nothing available to eat. The price there was much higher and they even charged 22 usd for valet parking the car 20 meters away. In addition they do not offer soy product for dairy intolerant guests and worse they didn't seem to care.

Room Tip: The North side suites are great and are for the price a good standard room.

The casino and room is very clean BUT you could hear every sound ALL from the rooms next to you. The couple in the next room had to much to drink (per own admission) and had an argument. Not a good get away if you want any rest. The room is nice looking but would not stay here again due to noice issue. I setup and had an event here. Everyone on the staff was exreamlly helpful and the cost of the even could not be beat.

We recently held a convention with 400 attendees at this property and it was a huge success, due in large part to the people and facilities at this great hotel complex. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the meeting facilities were first class and the dining and banquet food were superb. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our every need. I don't think they could have done more to ensure our convention's success. Using their Vegas-style Showroom for our closing banquet, show and presentations was a spectacular end to a very enjoyable week of activities and meetings. This property is a one-stop shop for meeting attendees since it also includes a spa, golf course, horseback riding, casino, night club, first-class restaurants, Rawhide Western Town and Firebird Raceway all within the complex. And they are currently building a high-end outlet mall there, as well, that should be open in early 2013. As the person responsible for hotel planning for the convention, I highly recommend this property to any meeting planners looking for a unique and accommodating property.

Room Tip: There are no tall buildings around this hotel, so all view are unobstructed!

This is a great resort in Chandler Arizona. Rooms are spacious...Property is amazing. Great golf courses! Restaurants were very good. Excellent service and they even made several items we requested not on the menu.
If you have the time try the spa. It is wonderful, great private pool! There is also special healthy snacks served! A must if you like pampering.

Room Tip: The view toward the desert is spectacular!

We were on a roadtrip and stayed here one night in may 2012. We got a room at the 10th floor and because there aren/t any other buildings in the area we had a great view! The room is clean and we had a good night sleep! There is a lot to do, eat, drink etc. From the hotel you can catch a shuttlebus to visit 'Rawhide' but this was very disappointing. We did like the show with the rescued animals though (good thing)... We returned to the hotel within the hour! In the hotel, at the bar, we had a great time!
