Everything was amazing the staff was very helpful they answered all of my extensive questions (and I asked a lot of them). They were all team players, that much you could tell. The food was filling and absolutely savory we changed our reservation time and the hostess was completely accommodating. This restaurant wasn't even the 5 star one in the hotel so I can only imagine how that one is. Alex our waiter and rob deserve a raise. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We had planned on dining at Kai, a 5 diamond restaurant at the resort, however, it was closed for remodeling. So, we chose to stay on property and dine at Ko' Sin, which means "kitchen" in the Pima language. We had a wonderful experience, from a window table with a view looking west into the sunset to a very knowledgeable waiter to scrumptious food from start to finish.

The dinner menu includes appetizers, salads, entrees and deserts. We opted to start with bIstro salad, which was large enough for us to share (split in the kitchen, so that we each had our own salad). We each chose a different entree -- my wife had the marinated hanger steak and I opted for the grilled pork porterhouse. We were both very happy with our choices, both of which were served with 2 sides. Speaking of sides, here is a side note on the hanger steak -- a cut which is prized for its flavor, it goes by many names, including butcher's steak because butchers would set this cut aside for themselves rather than sell to their customers. We finished our dinner with a generous portion of bananas foster served in a mug.

A note on the waiter -- his name is Richard, and he has been a waiter at Ko' Sin for 5 years. He was extremely knowledgeable about each item on the menu, and he took his time to answer our questions with details on how each item was prepared and presented. Our mouths were watering well before the food arrived at our table. Be sure to ask for him, as he certainly enhanced our dining experience.

We look forward to eating at Kai on our next stay, but will not hesitate having another meal at Ko' Sin.

Due to all of the great reviews I saw I feel I was here on an off night. We had the Pork porterhouse and the Chicken Breast dinners. Both proteins were overcooked with the chicken being very dry and both dinners came with different hard crunchy potatoes. We were checked on after we were finished. We didn't get to see the beautiful views since the drapes were down. Also this place is FAR from the casino and you HAVE to take a shuttle bus.
