The outside of the motel did not inspire confidence, however, it was the first I found, after dark, in Buckeye after I discovered that the Days Inn by the freeway was full. I was made even more nervous when, after checking in, I found that the parking lot was a bit cramped.
However, upon entering the room, I discovered a room with both the look and all the amenities of a Days Inn, and a very comfortable bed. The walls were a tad thin, being able to hear water going in the shower next door during the evening. But overall, I was quite comfortable and had a quiet, relaxing stay.
And for half the price of the Days Inn, it was well worth the four mile drive off I-10 to stay at this motel. Don't expect a large pool or exercise room; this is not, in and of itself a destination. But if you need a place to stay for an evening or two and/or a central place from which to explore the desert or the western side of Phoenix, I can recommend this place.More
