Owner description: The Old Bisbee Ghost Tour is the only ghost tour in Bisbee and the only one of its kind. Your Ghost Host will lead you on this walking tour through Old Bisbee's streets, stairways, and old alleys after dark on an adventure to discover and learn about the ghosts that haunt this 125 year old town. Learn their history and favorite haunts while seeing Old Bisbee when very few do, after sunset. Visit the haunts of Julia, a lady of the evening who enjoys the company of married men staying alone in her room, Nat the miner who owed money to the Money Man and paid for it with his life, and the Lady in White who saved the lives of three children.

A friend and I saw the Copper Queen mentioned on the TV show Ghost Adventures. My friend an I are intrigued with the idea of ghosts, but "were" very skeptical about their real existence. We took the overnight Ghost Tour of the Cooper Queen, where you stay overnight in the supposed haunted hotel. Our Ghost Host Renee, was such a hoot !! She was great at explaining the history of the Hotel and the residence documented ghosts that live there. The tour itself is unique because the participants of the tour sleep overnight in this haunted environment. We had the intial tour of room to room w/ Renee explaining all the various sightings and paranormal happenings that have been documented, including captured EVP's and a short clip from the TV show Ghost Adventures. After that, we had our ghost equipement and our floor of the hotel was in lockdown from staff and other guests until 6:30am. All the lights are turned off and all rooms on the floor are opened for our exploration and use. For the first several hours "no" activity. But around 1am or so we decided to try some what is called "Billy Bait", (the little boy ghost who likes to take peoples jewlery) in the hallway. We placed some jewelry on the floor in the middle of the hallway (complete darkness) with the ghost equipment place by the items. We took a picture of the placement of the items so to know if something moved. Maybe 10 mins in from when we placed the items, the ghost equipement started to register. My friend started snapping shots about every 5 seconds towards the items while the equipment was registering. It stopped after maybe 30 to 40 seconds. We waited another 1/2 hour or so to see if it would happen again, but it never did. (I just thought someone was channel surfing on the 3rd floor or something and set off the equipment) So we got up took a last shot of the final location of the items and went to bed.
The next day we had some breakfast in the hotel, explored the town a little and went home.
Once home we decided to look at the pictures. Well, the shots in the hallway showed an "Orb" hovering over a ring we had placed and the ring lifting up off the floor. The ring stayed in this up right position until the end, and the last picture shows the ring laying back flat again. It was incredible. We are both at a loss. We can't explain it except it must be real !! We are going back again soon and bringing video equipment this time. We are shocked and amazied !!

This was our second time doing a tour with Renee. You really couldn't ask for a better guide. Renee is very friendly, and knows her stuff! The tour starts off in her shop, Sweet Midnight, where she gives instructions on how to use the "ghost hunting" equipment (which is included in the price of the tour). Take a look around her shop while you're there. She is quite the artist and her shop is awesome.
If you're looking for a great ghost hunting experience in Bisbee, this is the one to do!

On Saturday night, 2 friends and myself went to Bisbee for a ghost hunt tour. We arrived at the shop Sweet Midnight to start our tour. The owner, Renee, was so kind and outgoing. We started by learning how the devices work, then set out for the hunt. Renee gave us the history of the places and known haunts. At the one location where a little girl is known to haunt, we had some major hits on our devices. The tour also went to other spots that are known to be haunted. This tour was fun, informative, and exciting. I look forward to doing another one of the tours in the future.

Having visited many cities and always seeking out the local ghost/history tour, we were very excited about the possibilities the Bisbee experience would have to offer. Meeting Renee in her shop and getting to know the "Martha Stewart of Goth" was a great bonus. She hosted the tour with class and wit and made it one of the best ghost tours ever!! Would highly recommend her tour and a visit to her store to any and all Bisbee visitors.
