If you want real Italian food, made fresh daily, you must make your reservations for a night of delight in Rosa's Little Italy in Bisbee, Az. Reservations are a must as the restaurant is small and with limited hours , 6 pm to 9 pm. And if you want lasagna, make your reservations include lasagna (she bakes daily only what is needed for the evening meal). Also, the restaurant does not have a liquor license but you are able to bring your own wine. Soup and salad are included with the meal, along with , of course, fresh bread. The cheese filled ravioli is truly out of this world and finally, the mouth-watering tiramisu is a dessert that can be shared.

This is the place we go in Bisbee for a long, leisurely dinner with friends. The food is classic Italian, and it's consistently good. The staff is friendly and efficient, but they don't push you out. They don't sell wine so it's necessary to bring a bottle or two, but that's no biggie, since Bisbee has several great places to buy good wine. It's a great place to eat in Warren (Bisbee's Norman Rockwell suburb).

This my wife's and my favorite restaurant in Bisbee. The prices are very reasonable and, of course, there is no mark up on the wine because you bring your own. No corking fee. HUGE portions. If you order the Lasagna, you'll end up with delicious leftovers for a week! The antipasto salad, the soup, and the bread that comes with each meal is to die for.

The only drawback is that it is only open Thurs, Fri, Sat or Fri, Sat, Sun and you need reservations. It's worth the wait, believe you me.

Hints: Anything named A LA ROSA means it'll be covered in cheese
Sauces include marinara, bolognese, and alfredo. They also mix the alfredo and marinara to make
a pompadora.

Need a reservation, but it is so worth it. The food is exquisite. Romantic setting, although a bit dark. Bring your own wine if you want wine with dinner and they will serve it for you.

Great unpretentious atmosphere---friendly and efficient service--tremendously generous servings---not a foodie dining experience but very very good.
