Nice rooms. Nice bar and restaurant overlooking the water and marina. Most rooms overlook the water. Very clean. Rustic modern. Cruise ship was docked next door. Nice staff. Good food.

“Good place for a hot drink!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2014

We stopped at the Inn At Whittier for a hot drink after going on the Major Marine Blackstone Glacier tour. We sat at the bar. You can enjoy a nice view of the water from the bar. We just wanted a couple of hot chocolates to warm us up while we waited for the tunnel to open up. The hot chocolates were good; but it took a really, really long time to get served. We weren't in any hurry; but normally this would not have been acceptable to us. We didn't see much of the Inn--just the lobby, restaurant and bar. But it looks a bit run down for such a new place.

“Not only a restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2014 via mobile

When arriving on a cuise ship, the building seemed really small and upbeat. The warm welcome and goid advice about the activities for the day immediately set the scene. Then the oceanview room much larger than the cabin we'd been in for 7 nights finished conquering us.
Finally, a great restaurant experience was the tip of the iceberg to ideally end the day of viewong whales, otters, harbour lons and glaciers at Whittier

“Interesting choice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 4, 2014

The Inn at Whittier is one of the few places to stay in Whittier. That does not mean they don't try to provide a good experience. The room was clean and well equipped with the comforts needed for a good nights rest. The hotel has a dining room and bar area with great views of the bay. Whittier is not a place to spend many nights but the Inn at Whittier makes those nights a pleasant experience.

“Lovely views!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 22, 2014

All of God's children visit Whittier for the Glacier cruises!

Need a little something before the cruise and ordered the breakfast burrito.

While waiting, I discovered a neat coffee shop on floor two with beautiful views. When served, I was granted permission to take the breakfast burrito to the coffee shop, ordered an espresso and was in my heaven for 45 minutes!

This is a WOW!
