This is our fourth stay and once again it makes us realise why we keep coming back. The hotel staff are excellent and the hotel is run to very strict standards. Some might say that the food is repetitive, but if they keep repeating the amazing fish dishes, salads, puddings and barbeques, I have no problem. The sad bit is that the 'troubles' in Egypt earlier in the year have frightened away the tourists. Many hotels in the area are shut and most are running at a very low occupancy. The Coraya is running at about 40-50%, and this is due to repeat custom. The majority of people who come once, come again and it's not difficult to see why.

Have just returned from a week at the Coraya, and had a fabulous time. The staff were great, couldn't do enough to help and also had a great sense of humour. Ali, who cleaned our rooms was brilliant at towel art - we returned in the evenings to some wonderful creations. The food was consistently good, with a great choice.
My only complaint was that the gym didn't open until 8am - i have never been to a hotel anywhere before where the gym didn't open at 6. Most people like to work out and shower before breakfast, and an 8am start doesn't allow for this.
Otherwise, a very good hotel.

This is our 4th visit to this hotel and it just gets better. Hotel was quieter than normal due to the problems in Cairo ealier in the year, but in some ways this was for the better. This year we did the tour of the hotel on a sunday morning which we found really interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes. Food as always is excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. Lunch time we went to the Beach Bar and the service was as good as in the restuarant. They even have coffee and cakes from 15.30 pm onwards if you feel a little hungry. We always go All Inclusive as it is such a pleasure to come home having your laundry done for you. This year we both had a massage which again for £30 was good value for money. Would say this year the animation at night was not good but was a laugh, but during the day the team worked hard to get everyone involved if they wanted to do so. Snorkelling this year for my husband was a bonus as he saw a giant turtle in the bay and the day before a dolphin. This hotel deserves its No. One position and would go back again tomorrow but now have to wait until September.

We have just returned from our second visit to the Coraya Beach. We had a great 2 weeks in glorious sunshine being thoroughly spoilt by the wonderful staff at this hotel. Our room was wonderful - overlooking the bay. All the staff in this hotel are unfailingly polite, eager to please and to make your holiday as wonderful as possible. We went all inclusive and it's one of the best AI deals we have come across. Regrettably the hotel was only 50% full at best so COME ON fellow tourists - get out there and enjoy the hospitality in this hotel. Also the airport is so close and given it's a small airport, even the arrival and departures were so smooth. We are already planning to visit in 2012.

Hotel was was dissapointing. Food somewhat boring and kept warm. Food stations i.e. pasta and crepes better. A la carte better. Room basic should have requested an upgrade but we didn't know there were better until speaking to other guests. Classic did not arrange for a rep so we were not sure what to do. Eventually found it was Travco - not good in Marsa Alam,

Room Tip: Not ground floor or near Night and Day bar

6th visit to Egypt. Best hotel so far.Great food. Animation team brilliant.Only point we would like to make. Swimming in the sea. You really need to be strong swimmers used to snorkeling and wear shoes. That was the only downside to a great holiday. A special mention for Marsa Alam Airport. I wish we could fly to every airport as good. Only one plane at a time. Excellent Starbucks.
