Total paradise, gorgeous setting and hotel grounds immaculate and tropical. Hotel staff could not have been more attentive, friendly and kind. Over water bungle with mountain sunset view is unbeatable-total relaxation. Breakfast buffet incredible. I am vegetarian, mostly vegan and all the chefs and wait staff went out of their way to accomodate me. Prepared some of the best custom vegan meals I've had even at the best vegan restaurants in the States and were happy to do so. Want to thank Mathias at the Grill and Tina, Nohorai, Paloma, and Noheme at the Sunset Bar for treating us so well! We stayed on property for the 5 days we were there and enjoyed just relaxing-plenty to do. Recommend bringing some reef/water shoes for the beach and snorkeling in the lagoon. Best trip we have ever been on thanks to the Four Seasons and Bora Bora's beauty. Would not even consider staying anywhere else.

Room tip: choose mountain view AND sunset view room over water bungalow without splash pool

Firstly, I will state that I am not an easy guest to impress. But I really was blown away by ... well everything!

We where checked in by the beautiful Ewa, who can be described in one word... flawless, from presentation to efficiency. She is an incredible ambassador to the brand.

Our Villa was stunning, food- perfect, service- impeccable.

particular colleagues really stood out.The charming Angel (Tere Nui), efficient Etiene (Concierge), genuine Fareaura?? (Beach Bar- classy lady with the bolero) and ever present Rudolph.

We met with Oliver, the marine biologist and it really felt like meeting an old friend. He had an incredible passion for the lagoon and a trip to the FS is not complete without meeting him.

We went on many excursions and they didn't just feel unique, they felt like genuine luxury. The Pure Snorkelling Team, really care about the guests experience and welfare. we especially recommend whale watching and pure snorkelling.

Thanks Team for a great time!

We just spent 5 nights at the four seasons and it was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had. Amazing service, specially Milaid and the bartenders from the pool bar. We never felted the need of leaving the hotel. We got married last Sunday and it was a dream wedding. Everything was perfect. We did at the private island and had the most completed wedding package, and add a few enhancements that made it even more special. They pay attention to little details that no one can expect and it was awesome. Thanks to the wedding planners Claire and Heimiti that did a great job. Also thanks to Violet the housekeeper that would come every night to prepare our room before we go to bed, and the beautiful petal bath that she prepared which I encourage everybody to have one.

Nothing I will say will ever explain how beautiful this place is! If heaven were on earth then this would be it!
Needless to say the Four seasons are top notch but they have exceeded my very high expectations.. everything is just perfect!
The Perfect:
- getting there from the airport in their luxurious boat
- the out/indoor lobby
- getting to your room
- the room!!
- their breakfast buffet
- the sea right underneath your room
- the spa
- the water sports center (must try stand up paddle & jet ski tour of island)
- the scuba diving in the pond
- their pool is great
- the coconut at the beach bar
- towels & water bottles that are made free at every corner of the resort
Just book and dont think twice! Worth every single penny!

The Four Seasons Bora Bora was everything I expected it to be! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and it was perfect for that occasion (although, expensive, but that's what you get in French Polynesia).

The Room - We stayed in an over water bungalow and it was great. I chose to go with the basic over-water bungalow with the beach view but it was still fantastic and felt very private. We had the best sleep of our lives here. One day we didn't even leave the room other to jump into the water from our bungalow!

The Service - We booked a few things in advance and it was very easy to communicate with the concierge. Once we got there the concierge was great and was able to help us book dinner offsite as well as tennis. It's hard to describe, but it was the little things, like going to breakfast and having them remember us and the fact that we liked cream with our coffee.

Activities - I would recommend booking in advance. We rented the private spa hut, which I highly recommend as it was very relaxing and romantic. We also did the private island dinner, which was beautiful. The "private island" is very close to shore, so not as private as I had anticipated, but still lovely and tasty. We also did free snorkeling, tennis, and kayaking. There was enough there to keep us busy.

Food - was very good, particularly the breakfast buffet. We also did the canoe breakfast one morning and that was a special experience. We did get a little bored with the options for lunch and dinner, so we did go off the resort twice for dinner. We went to Bloody Mary's the the Bora Bora Yacht club which were both good but totally different. Bloody Mary's is a little more touristy with fun atmosphere and the Yacht Club a little more quite.

If you are looking for a special vacation and willing to spend a little bit more I think the Four Seasons Bora Bora is a great choice.
