Absolutely the finest resort I have ever visited, we had a deep tissue massage in the spa, the BEST ! We stayed at the LeMoana, and transport was free with massage, so we spent the day at the Thalasso resort, great pool area, great beach and the beach bar employees were very attentive ..

We had just spent 7 nights on a catamaran with Tahiti Yacht Charter & had a wonderful time & we spent our last night in French Polynesia at Intercontinental Bora Bora in an over water bungalow - the pinnacle to our trip. The room was amazing. Glass in every rooom over looking the clear brilliantly blue lagoon & even a glass coffee table looking through to the lagoon. Your own balcony & swim deck. We shared this bungalow with our 2 teenage daughters who slept on a roll out & the couch & there was plenty of room for all. We really only slept in the bungalow as we spent our time on & in the water using the complimentary paddle boards, kayaks & goggles & flippers. Great beachside lounges & food. Everyday there was a demonstration of either woven hats or how to make coconut milk which was interesting for young & old. Then daily feeding of the stingrays also. Amazing location, great views of the lagoon & the mountain of Bora Bora. We had a late ferry to the airport so we were allowed a day room to shower & change at the end of the day which was wonderful.

Room Tip: Over water bungalow is a treat that you will remember for a long time.

We are at the resort right now and i have to say....it is beautiful. We just got married earlier this afternoon in the overwater chapel and the ceremony was fantastic. Our wedding co-ordinator Vicky is amazing, she went our of her way to help me out when i could not use my curling iron with the convertor i brought. She has actually lent me her personal one for the week.......completely amazing and she totally understands customer service!!! thank you Vicky....we love you!!!

If you are looking for a destination to get married......come here. they are wonderful and the lagoon and overwater chapel is pure heaven!!

i'll let you all know how the rest of the week goes but if it is anything like the last two days....i give it a two thumbs up!!!

Room Tip: we are in 223 and it has a direct view of the mountain and the water is only waist deep!!

Absolutely fabulous, stayed in an overwater villa which was gorgeous and spacious, I also love the deck size on the villa, some of the other top resorts only have small ones. Everything about this place is fabulous, never mind the fabulous view.
This is heaven, one day I'll get back again.

Room Tip: Overwater villa, people this is the only choice worthy in Bora Bora

I gotta say, thoroughly impressed with the Intercontinental Thalasso Spa and Resort.

The huts over the water are enormous, you could live here!

The room service is constantly straightening up after you when you leave the room replacing robes and towels.

The views are unbelievable and the staff is wonderful.

If you are looking for a resort to stay at in Bora Bora, stay here. Completely blows away Moorea not only as an island but hospitality wise.

Make sure to eat at Corail the gastronomic restaurant. Probably the best service, food, attention to detail I've had at a restaurant. They replaced all silverware after every course and each presentation was impeccable.

Dear Guest, Greetings from Bora Bora,

Thanks a lot for your great review about our resort.

It is with pride that I read your comments about Le Corail restaurant. We opened our new gastronomic restaurant in April and the feedbacks received so far are amazing! The staff is dedicated to our guests and the food is prepared with attention to details. And you did not mention the view on the lagoon all lit up... Beautiful!

Your kind words will be passed to the staff.

Thank you again and we hope to welcome you again soon.
