“Great Spa”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

We really enjoyed the spa and this was a highlight of our trip. The tea room was nice and quiet. The steam room was insanely warm, but it didn't smell bad. When you go directly from the steam room to the deep sea ocean plunge spa, your body feels amazing afterwards. You go from a 140 degree (I'm guessing) steam room to a 30 degree (guessing again) walk in pool which has actual deep sea water from over a mile deep. Pretty cool. Our massages were very relaxing. You can use a bunch of the spa treatments before and after your massage, including a private jacuzzi with view of the lagoon and mountain. No complaints here. They do have deep sea water in fountains, which we were curious about, and each drank a cup. I'd advise agains this, especially right before dinner. Other than that, great experience.

“Only regarding spa”
Reviewed June 14, 2012 via mobile

We went to visit the hotel yesterday to get treatments in the spa. So this review is not concerning the hotel itself. But we read that the spa was phenomenal. It was not. The sheets in the tea lounge where you wait are covered in stains, the steam room smells like mildew/feet and the massage I got was awful. The one redeeming aspect is the treatment room was positioned above the lagoon and had glass panels on the floor so we could watch the fish. And saltwater fountains for drinking? No thanks.
