There is nothing but positive things to report about visiting the Mnuw restaurant. During the first week of July 2012, I visited the Manta Ray Bay Hotel and ate breakfast and dinner at the Mnuw. Breakfast has it all, buffet style - eggs to order, fresh bread, juices, fruits, rice and bean dishes, breakfast meats and bottomless coffee pitchers. For me, eating just before diving can't be a big meal... but after a couple of tanks, a man-sized plate is in order. The standard menu is food for everybody; pizza, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, sashimi, fish and salads.
Everyday there is a special menu in the hotel lobby that has the day's take from the Kitchen. I had fresh stir fried veggies, a normal sized portion of white rice and a pile of chicken in some custom barbecue sauce.
Excellent food, personal service and ambiance fit for a beer mug or a wine glass.
My tab was 14 dollars for dinner and a beverage. Fair price, outstanding food.
