The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly and polite.
Sadly the waiting time was a bit long. there were only a few tables scattered around with people and it took about 30-40 minutes to get the food.
The food was good. The soba duck salad had an Asian feel to it with coriander, mint and honey roasted cashews. However the soba didn't look like soba but it still tasted good.
The scotch main seemed tough even though it was moist and juicy. It didn't have a BBQ flavour to it which was slightly disappointing. It also could have used a bit more seasoning. The porcini sauce was really good.
The chocolate mousse was amazing with bits of biscuit to complement the soft mousse.
All in all it was a good experience but I may have had a higher expectation.
