Lunch of 2 courses and a glass of wine for $25 pp. I had Maiale Con Mela (apple braised pork belly with apple slaw) and Capra Con Pera (sweet pear cider braised goat, baked semolina gnocchi, pangrattato). My companion had Gamberi (pan fried king prawns, preserved lemon, vanilla) and Manzo Costola (sticky beef short rib, potato and lemon puree, almond meal green beans) and a glass of wine and soft drink. Skillfully cooked and very enjoyable. Not a huge choice from this lunchtime menu but a more comprehensive and more expensive a la carte menu on offer.
Waiter and manager very helpful.
Don't expect huge serves but you will get great food.
Wood fired Pizza oven and a Sunday roast slow cooked in the same oven are on offer.
