We chose the Adora Yachting boat but cannot for the life of me remember its name. Reason for choosing that particular boat was because it is more like a gulet than the many double deckers you see in Port Gocek and which can become very crowded with space at a premium. A good mix of people on board consisting of Turkish people, Aussies, and Brits. The lunch was excellent, a choice of fish or chicken accompanied by pasta and salads of various sorts. Numerous stops along the way. This used to be a truly 12 island trip but a Turkish guy on board informed me that due to certain islands being sold off a number are no longer accessible to the boat owners. The boat left Gocek at 10.30 a.m. and returned at 18.00 hours so it was a long day but very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this boat, pity I can't remember its name. The owners wife is usually on the quayside touting for passengers, albeit in the nicest possible way so it would not be hard to find.

fabulous day out made special by the excellent guide, Dilaver ( david if you prefer ) - He's a very likeable guide but just as importantly he knows his stuff. We saw lots of tour operators while on holiday and heard some bad stories about poor trips or operators not turning up but you can rely on this company as I have used many times ( on the main street directly in line with the Turkish flag ). The trip itself is great, after being transported to Gocek you travel on a sailing boat out into the sea, where you stop for snorkelling, have a great bbq and then sail on beautiful clear waters. Great day

Our boat was called Blackjack and it wasn't a gamle to go on there! The woman (maybe the owner??) was VERY proud (and rightly so) and shoes were not allowed on board, the boat was VERY clean and the food was amazing. She worked wonders in that small area.

You make a few stops five I think, although there must be some sort of relevance as to why it is called a 12 island tour - if there was our English guide never mentioned it, mind you to be fair we hardly saw her, she sat at the back of the boat all day.

However, that particular boat and the trip is well worth the extra money, the sea is lovely and warm, another boat comes around selling their pancakes they have made too.

Take water with you as they don't offer drinks only at their alloted times although I am quite sure you could ask for drinks,.

I went on the 12 Islands Cruise for the first time after 4 years of coming to Dalyan. Gurcan who organised everything was brilliant and the trip was amazing - the food was the best and the boat really spacious, i would highly recommend doing the 12 islands cruise if you go to Dalyan its a great day out for all the family
