“Lovely hotel”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

This was our third time staying at the Keskin and had a fantastic time. Definitely reccommend it for anyone to stay here.

The hotel was kept immaculate and our room was cleaned every day with clean towels. Plenty of sunbeds to relax on.

The picture here on TripAdvisor is not the Keskin.

They provide boat trips and the BBQ on the beach is well worth doing, the food is yummy. Freshly caught crab, fish and chicken and a wide variety of yummy salads. Finishing off with a walk off across the beach watching the sunset.

Just returned from our second visit to the Keskin hotel where we had a fabulous holiday. Mehtin and his team all work extremely hard to make you feel welcome. The hotel grounds are immaculate and they just opened a new snack bar the second week we were there.
The rooms are clean and serviced daily. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The hotel run a courtesy boat trip to the beach twice a week which is well worth doing. Also they do a beach BBQ twice a week ......the food is excellent and well worth the money. Excellent location only a 10 minute walk into Dalyan itself where there is plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Would definately recommend this hotel to families and couples alike.

Room Tip: No lifts in hotel so ground floor room essential for children

Please note this is an incorrect photo - it is not the Keskin Hotel in Dalyan!
The hotel is lovely due to it's peaceful location, great swimming pools and it is spotlessly clean. There are plenty of sunbeds but you still do need to get up early to bag one - can be annoying as many weren't being used but still had towels left on them for hours on end, bit unfair really but some things never change...... Nice bar and pool side restaurant/café for reasonably priced snacks and drinks. Bedroom was quite small and very basic but with decent shower, air con and balcony - all very clean. It is located about 15 minutes (walking) away from Dalyan centre - a lovely walk along the river side where there are a number of restaurants located.
They don't like you putting anything in the fridge in the bedroom, there is a small stock of drinks which they replace daily if used. It is annoying but not much you can do about it - well actually there is, I hid locally bought drinks and my 'duty free' in the wardrobe in the day and popped them back in the fridge once the cleaners had been, naughty girl. All in all, I loved the laid back vibe, I will definitely go back!

Picked this hotel at random for our first ever holiday in Turkey so was very nervous until we got there. The accommodation buildings are like villas- it was lovely having your "own front door" onto a tiled patio, right alongside the pool. Air conditioning was fab and plenty of hot water. Soft fluffy towels changed daily. We went on a B&B basis and was pleased we had. Breakfast was ok/acceptable but the one time we paid to eat our evening meal at the hotel it was poor- chicken nuggets, pizza & fried, boney fish- all for the same price as an a-la-carte meal along the river. Loved the walk into Dalyan & I have a heart problem so it wasnt too far at all. Ate at Calypso along the river, twice & fed the turtles from our table. The "towels on sunbeds" were a bit annoying, people would disappear to walk into town but leave their sunbeds "claimed" whilst they were gone! Grounds & gardens are stunning. Would definitely go back but not really a place for young children or teenagers- too quiet, no water slides, childrens clubs etc. But perfect for a very relaxing break.

Room Tip: We loved the ground floor rooms- straight out onto your patio & out to the pool.

Our first time in a hotel in Dalyan, usually go for villas.
Keskin is a lovely hotel, we had a triple (family) room for just 2 of us as we booked last minute and that was all we could get, however it was great as it was much bigger and better than the standard rooms.
No issues with room apart from the ceiling in the main room was slanted near the bed (as we were on the top floor) so after nearly knocking myself out numerous times i thought id better just mention that.
Overall very nice hotel, very clean, staff always working hard to keep it looking nice. It was my boyfriends birthday whilst we were there so they picked fresh flowers and petals and spread all over the bed for our return that day - lovely touch.
The grounds are very pretty, 3 pools although we only used the one closest too us, we found out we were in the old part of the hotel which to be honest i couldn't tell the difference, the older pool was much bigger and spread out than the 2 new parts which seemed cramped with more people.
Breakfast was average, we ate bread and fruit most days as they had a range of eggs which i don't eat and then traditional Turkish breakfasty things. As people have mentioned you do have to pay for fresh juice which is silly however we simply bought our own drinks the night before and kept in the fridge overnight so we could drink when we woke up.
The hotel works on a basis in which you don't pay for anything until you checkout, therefore its worthwhile keeping a note of what you have had throughout your holiday whether it be drinks or food so that you know what you are spending, otherwise your hit with a rather large bill on your last day (they don't accept cards)
Would recommend! :)

Room Tip: Our large triple room on old part of hotel was lovely, spacious and not overlooked. Stunning views a...

For the money we paid (compared to our usual flight only to Turkey) the Keskin Hotel is an excellent choice. We returned there after our first visit 10 years ago to find it had grown a lot and continues to grow by the day (a new snack bar opened while we were there).

Rooms are very basic and quite small but you quickly learn to adapt. Our shower was hot and powerful and the air conditioning did the job which was very necessary in 44 deg heat.

We were disappointed at the extra charges for the room safe (£15 a week), late check out room (£45) and the standard of food/drink at breakfast - to only provide ready made tea and coffee and charge for fresh juice really isn't acceptable.

We also think it would be good to impose a midnight close for the bar areas as several residents needed to ask for room changes away from these areas having been kept awake by inconsiderate fellow holidaymakers.

The grounds are pretty and very well looked after with all staff working very long hours and very hard.

The centre of Dalyan is quite a walk from the hotel, especially for the elderly or those with walking difficulties and the ground is really uneven for those having to use push/wheelchairs. There are bars and restaurants within close walking distance - Calypso on the riverside offers a lovely shaded spot where you can watch terrapins and fish and river snakes - it really is the perfect setting.

Dalyan is our favourite of all resorts in Turkey and we have nothing to complain about apart from the number of dogs (all chipped) but which are allowed to roam freely - which isn't ideal when you're not a dog lover and it can be quite intimidating to have a gathering of several around you all at once.

The restaurants and cafes are all still as fabulous with some excellent new additions - LIME being our favourite find.

All in all we had a wonderful 2 weeks and once we adapted from the 5 star all inclusive type of holiday we have more recently become used to it was completely relaxing,

My sister and i have just got back from this lovely hotel.Had a ground floor room lovely big room and shower room, with plenty of hot water. All the staff are very friendly and everyone works very hard.Loads of sunbeds so no gettin up at 6 in the morning to put towel down well u still get the odd few. But really the is no need. The only thing i would say i think they need rails to hold on to to get into the pools theres no .shallow end and the stairs are quite steep. And there are a few dogs romin around the hotel so if u get a ground floor one dont leave anythin out it wont be there in the morning. they eat my sisters flip flops ha ha.and we saw lots of other things in the grounds.
