We never fancied a holiday in Turkey but we were told about the Hotel Keskin and decided to go for two weeks. What a delightful Hotel, clean, superb gardens that are manicured daily and Dalyan itself is only 15 mins walk along the river bank where you find the restaurants and night life. The Hotel is quiet, relaxing and friendly, the staff go out their way to make your stay a memorable one. My wife and I were only there 2days and said we have got to come back roll on September. The downside is perhaps the food because it is not varied enough.

My partner and I stayed at the Keskin from August 7 - 15th for 7 nights. Having read reviews on Trip Advisor already, we were already confident in our choice but on arrival we were blown away by the cleanliness and service we received.
Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and the cleaning staff were delightful; putting out towels in different shapes every day - including an extra special arrangement including flowers on our last day/night.
We went half board as it was our first holiday and some reviews on here say B&B only as food is of lower quality - I found this to be incorrect as I did not enjoy breakfast (limited choice and food was unprotected from flies) wheres the evening meal was fabulous every night we ate there - the choice was not massive but there was a good enough range to satisfy.
The hotel offers various excursions - I would highly recommend the BBQ on the beach, which costs 35TL per person and includes a large evening meal and a bottle of wine per couple.. The trip was fantastic and we visited the lake where the hot water springs come from the bottom and the beach where we walked down and watched the sun set - an all round enjoyable trip, especially as the beach was deserted at sunset - very romantic!
We also went on the Turtle Watching excursion which leaves at 6.45am and costs 10TL each - very enjoyable and we were offered to swim afterwards in Koycegiz Lake.
The hotel offers other excursions but we found that we booked with companies in town - I would highly recommend the 3-in-1 Dalyan (aka Daily Dalyan boat trip) offered by Sardes Tourism as it is VERY good value for money - 25TL each (plus entry fees, 5TL ea for Mud Baths and 8TL for Caunos, should you chose to go) which includes a boat trip to the baths, time in the baths, boat trip around Koycegiz Lake, 3 course meal at the company's restaurant (Okyanus) (drinks not incl but VERY reasonable, 3.50TL for a coke) the opportunity to visit Caunos (ancient city - very interesting if that's your gig) before finishing with an hour or two on the beach.
Overall I would recommend the Keskin hotel to anyone and everyone - should you chose to eat out, my partner and I would recommend the Calypso Lounge for Pide (mixed Pide is the best. FACT) which is along the river on the way into Dalyan town and for a fantastic value and very tasty evening meal we'd recommend Medusa which is along the main strip in the town.
Dalyan also has a few very good cocktail bars - our favourite being Viva and Pop In.

I hope this review has been helpful - my final piece of advice would be to try the apple tea as it will cool you down and it's very refreshing.

Enjoy!

This is a great hotel, both comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly and will find time to talk to you at any time of the day. Yes, there are plusher hotels in the area but we really enjoy the openess and the landscaping combined with the friendliness the hotel offers.
Metin, the owner, has spent a lot of money on the hotels older section during the winter of 2010/11 and we are impressed with the new look.
Breakfast is always more than adequate (more choice than at home!) There are three hot dishes and an abundance of cold choices including fruit, meats, cheeses breads and cereals. Its not cuisine, but pleasant enough.
For the evening meal, we choose to eat in town as there is a plentiful supply of restaurants, all serving good food at affordable prices. It is fair to assume that you can dine out very well from £10 per head (even less if you are on a tight budget).
Lunchtime menu is again ok. It is a basic menu with things like omelette, sandwiches, hambugers and salad dishes. Here again it is not cuisine but certainly very pleasant.
Drink prices at the bar are fairly priced and reflect what you will pay in any bar or restaurant..
The hotel offers a number of boat trips, ether to the lake or the beach and are all reccomended. They are reasonably priced and usually offer a memorable occasion
To close the summary, You can only leave the hotel with a positive feeling bearing in mind the competitive price. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. But wouuld quickly point out that many of their clients come back year after year and for us. that speaks volumes! If you want pampering, then look elswhere. If your looking for good value, clean, comfortable and friendly service, with a fanttastic location then look no further!

I stated for a week in July. Dalyan is a great place with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The people are very friendly and unlike other parts of Turkey they aren't pushy. The hotel was very modern with 3 large pools. The rooms were great with comfortable double beds and air conditioning included in the price. There is free wifi in the reception area as well. The room was cleaned daily. The prices in the bar for food and drink were very reasonable. The breakfast was the only thing that let the hotel down as it wasnt good. All in it's a great hotel in a really lovely resort. I for one will defiantly be going back. Oh and make sure you go on the night BBQ boat trip it's really good fun.

Egyptain themed entrance with section given over to eating area. Very clean and spacious. grounds are landscaped gardens, very well maintained with various flowering shrubs and trees.Several times a day staff patroled the manicured garden to collect fallen leaves. Lawn cut twice a day which meant a noisey hour in the afternoon. Three pools, all different sizes and shapes and all sepaarate. You could not see or hear one from another. Each had an adjacent bar. Staff were very helpful but not intrusive. I,m a little antisocial on holiday and was left alone to sunbath or read but provided with excellent service when needed. Due to the large size of the pools, the tranquil surroundings and the well spaced sunbeds plus a lack of over crowding with customers sunbathing was peaceful. No music from the bars not even at night which meant uninterupted sleep. Rooms well finished with fridge and tv. Rooms in attractive themed buildings. Hotel sited at end of resort, 10 minutes walk along an illuminated riverside path to town. Path lined with riverside restraunts from which the flocks of little egrets, black, white storks, grey, purple herons, squacco herons, peregrine falcon, eagles fly past to go up or down the river. The hotel is ideally suited for peace and quiet but a short enjoyable (flat) walk to town. The river walk also has sites to hire boats for trips, canoe hire but dolmushes need to be caught from the town. The hotel do provide transport to turtle beach and organise other trips.
